She was also named the "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women"on 2015 & 2016 by Forbes - I wonder how she did it.

So if you are a distributor/retailer of any products/services, you've got to be good in story-telling - do not just sell for the sake of getting your products out in the market. You need to have the skills to tell, explain, willing to listen to questions and provide beneficial solutions to your customers.

Marketing is no longer about the products/ services that you create - it is more to the story that you tell.
