Meaning Behind My Business Name

Creating a fantastic business name has always been a struggle for me. If you on't already know I've been blogging since I was in high school (when I know nothing about the effects of blogging) and it was to writing a diary. I remembered I wrote every single thing closely connected to my feelings about my school, friends, family, boys etc and I never filter anything.

I came to a realization that it is not supposed to be that way as the blog was published publicly. Trust me, I had no filter when I was blogging.

That was when I actually did plenty of research, I studied all other bloggers write-ups and I can say that I've learnt the tips and tricks on how to create a meaningful and inspiring blog.

And to be very honest, I've had multiple blogs, and I deactivated it throughout the years as it was not the way I wanted it to be when I read through my own blog each year.

So, Miss Coffee Fix is a name that I've decided to publish as it brings value to me and indirectly it represent who I am on a daily basis.

I will like to share some insights on how important is a business/blog/book name - if you are going to build a platform that will enhance your personality and brand in a long run.

If you are going to come up with a name that's completely irrelevant to who you are and what you're going to bring to the table, it's not going to work - trust me. Your business name is a valuable asset for you. It is the first step in developing your identity and establishing an image that people will remember.

Having said that, I've chosen Miss Coffee Fix for 2 main reason.

The first one is due to the fact that I love to drink coffee especially in the morning before I start day. Of course it comes after a big glass of water as water nourishes your internal digestion process in the morning.

I do most of my online work in the morning (the first couple of hours) as it is the time I get most of my inspiration and ideas. This includes writing my journal as well as filling up my planners and to-do-list. Drinking coffee has always been my energy-boost not only in the morning, but anytime in the day. I am not sure why but in a way it gives me more energy to run my day the way I want.

The second reason behind the title "Fix" is because it brings out the value of what I have to offer to you and my community in terms of sharing useful knowledge, tips and tricks as well as spreading positive vibes. The meaning behind the word Fix is very important to me. I aspire to inspire and my vision is to deliver the best positive spirit for my followers and the people out there in achieving what they want in life without having any limits. My write-ups does not only include my personal journey but also what I've learned from my network in terms of building a strong and powerful person to face anything that comes through.

If you are struggling to come up with a name for your business, I totally understand where you're coming from. Take into consideration some of the points below to strengthen the quality of the name you're going to create:

1) Try not to incorporate those cute names that only you understand - if you're going to build a brand or business you do want others to understand what you're made of - not having to reach out for the dictionary every time someone introduces your business to a new person/connection.

2) Never feel intimidated with the name that you've created; it has to represent who you are and not what people think of you.

3) Your business name is not the same as your product name. You can have one business name that is going to stick with you forever (so, please choose wisely) and you can have multiple products that you're going to distribute with a totally different name.

4) Stay away from picking a name that is very long, draggy and confusing.

5) Know your audiences, your vision and mission and keep that in mind all the time. This is your asset.

I pray that you achieve what you want and I wish you all the best!

Love,

Miss Coffee Fix
