LinkedIn is a platform that operates to cater business and employment oriented services.
It provides wide range of opportunity to the community to get connected and share knowledgeable experiences as well as to seek for new opportunities.
Some people say it is a social networking profile - but it certainly ain’t similar with facebook/instagram/pinterest.
I will say it is a professional stage to build network. If you are a net-worker just like me - you will definitely know what I’m talking about!
Statistic shows that as of mid 2018, total number of LinkedIn users have reached to 590 million users and more than 70% of the users originated out of US.
Students are among 40 million of the users and millennial holds approximately 87 million users.
I’ve made wonderful and great connection via LinkedIn and have helped many job-seekers in passing on opportunities. It does not hurt to help a person; and the amount of knowledge and education I’ve gained from LinkedIn is something I can never be more grateful.

It gives you an opportunity to connect to expertise from your field, suppliers or subcontractors that can bring more benefits to your company’s revenue, distributors who will be able to assist in expanding your business, co-workers who are able to recommend you to a better position and etc.

Do not feel discouraged when you are connected to someone who has 10,000 followers or more. Success or connections does not happen overnight.
LinkedIn has the awesome ability to provide you a chain of network that you simple click on connect to grow your network. It prompts you people and professionals from similar field as well as mutual connections with your existing contacts. The choices are limitless and it does not stop within your circle - it goes beyond that.
